Our prices begin at $925 for a one bathroom and one bedroom suite. Complete with a kitchen and two closets (one in the bedroom and another in the living room).
Prices for pets are as follows: (Note, Vet/Vaccination documentation is required).
Dogs (yes): No hostile breeds and can’t be over 18kg (40lbs). $200 deposit and then $35/month.
Cats (yes): $100 deposit and then $25/month.
Community Amenities
Equipped with onsite laundry, garbage disposal, baseboard heat, internet, cable, as well as water included in rent–you’ll have all that you’ll need. We are here to ensure your stay is both enjoyable and satisfying.
Other amenities included are an online maintenance portal as well as online rent payment. You can also take advantage of the off-street parking and feel at ease knowing that your vehicle will be safe at all times.
