I started communicating with Marcela to set up my relocation from Washington DC. She always responded promptly to my questions and concerns. I met Moe at the property during a visit he showed me my unit, explained the process and worked with me on getting things done. On moving day I met Big Mike and Mike Jr awesome guys I had a issue with my Bank Big Mike stepped in and worked with me to make my move a lot easier. It's clear to me that M & M Management is definitely an awesome company that has integrity and are about their tenants. In this day and time management companies often just want your money (I'm sure M & M wants theirs) but they clearly care! I Thank you guys for all your patience and support.

I’ve been living here since 2016 , it’s very peaceful and affordable you pay for the area and everything is close by the apartments are pretty spacious at academy meadows , plenty of parking no one bothers you. Maintance is always on point when it comes to fixing things. Nancy is tuff , but she gets the work done and will help based on your needs. Claudia and moe are very great they can answer any questions regarding the apartments. I am currently waiting for a transfer to marsden apartments can’t wait to see what this experience here would be! Overall experience is great ! Rent here!
